This page covers two things: using newplancare.com, and the text messages New Plan Care sends. It is written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call (314) 405-0887 and ask.
Text message (SMS) program terms
- Program. New Plan Care texts families who have asked us about in-home care: replies to your inquiry, scheduling and confirming a consultation, check-ins while we are providing care, and, after care, a request for a review. Texts are sent one to one by our staff. We do not send bulk marketing texts.
- How you opt in. You opt in by checking the optional text message box under the phone field on our contact form, or by texting us first. The box is unchecked by default.
- Consent is optional. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase, of getting care, or of a consultation.
- Message frequency varies with what is happening with your inquiry and your care.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop. Reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more texts unless you opt in again. You can also tell us on the phone and we will turn texts off.
- For help. Reply HELP to any message, call (314) 405-0887, or email info@newplancare.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We never share or sell mobile numbers or text message opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the text message section of our privacy policy.
- Not for emergencies. Texts are not monitored around the clock. In an emergency call 911.
Using this website
The information on newplancare.com is general and educational. It is not medical or legal advice, and it does not create a care relationship. New Plan Care provides non-medical in-home support; a care plan is agreed with your family directly after a consultation.
Please give us accurate information on the contact form, and only a phone number and email you are allowed to use. Do not send Social Security numbers, insurance numbers, payment details, or medical records through the form.
The words, photos, and guides on this site belong to New Plan LLC. You are welcome to download and share our free guides for personal, non-commercial use.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
